Google has finally added Search to Google Reader. A feature that seems like it should have been included from the beginning, especially considering that Google Reader is a great online RSS reader and that Google is a search engine company. You can search by All Items, Stared or Shared Items and also by Folder or Subscription.
In addition to the much appreciated Search feature Google Reader will not allow you to hide the side navigation by clicking on the separator to its right and the unread count can now also display up to 1,000, which is not as important as the search feature but very nice to be able to get a “slightly” more accurate count of unread items.
